Josep Alzamora, although he studied law and total quality engineering (master’s degree), has dedicated the last twenty years of his professional life to developing a practical business management model for hypercompetitive environments. The result, the Expansive Emotional Influence methodology, is currently being used to help the transformation of commerce of cities and companies in several countries. He’s currently managing the Development Department at SPX Prestige School.
