Arwa currently serves as a full-time Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Human Resources Management department in the Faculty of Business and Finance at the American University of Madaba, Jordan. In this role, she delivers lectures on International HRM, HR planning, staffing, organizational behavior, and business ethics. Dr. Krittiya Duangmanee
The holder of a PhD in Applied Economics (Mathematics, Statistics and Actuarial Science) from the University of Antwerp in Belgium, I am a lecturer in the Department of Finance, Insurance and Risk Management of the Faculty of Commerce and Management at Prince of Songkla University (Trang Campus) in Thailand. My areas of interest are statistics, agriculture, insurance, risk management and actuarial science. I also have a passion for acquiring new knowledge and working for the benefit of others in any way I can, in keeping with my university’s motto ‘Our Soul is for the Benefit of Mankind’.
Dr. Pawan Kumar Dhiman
Pawan Kumar Dhiman has passed his MBA, LLB, and Ph.D. in Management from Himachal Pradesh. University: and is a professor working in the Department of Management and Humanities in S.L.I.E.T (Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal Sangrur. Punjab. (INDIA). His specialization is in Human Resource Management and General Management and has the distinction of over two dozen research papers published in various academic journals. His expertise has been shared internationally, having presented research at conferences and seminars in different countries. Ms. Busisiwe Huma
Busisiwe is a qualified chartered accountant, lecturer at Unisa for Financial Management and pursuing her studies in masters (Management Accounting) through the university . She has at least six years’ experience as a lecturer. As an academic involved in marking professional exams by SAICA both ITC/IAC and APC. She completed her articles with the Office of the Auditor General. Post articles was Assistant Manager (AGSA), Project Manager for both Asset Valuation and Training Manager and Management Accountant for one of the Telecommunication entities.

Aria Angeliki Bousoulegka is a Greece-based Visual Communication Designer. She has studied Fine Arts at the University of Ioannina, Greece. Daniel Roque Gomes has been the Vice-President of the Polytechnic of Coimbra since July 2021 and is responsible by the academic affairs and quality management. In 2017, Gomes took office as an Administrator of the Polytechnic of Coimbra and was responsible for financial management, public procurement, and information and communication technologies.
He has a PhD in Psychology specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology, a master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE-IUL.
He started teaching in 2006 and is now an Adjunct Professor in Organizational Communication, Organizational Change and Human Resource Management in Coimbra Education School of the Polytechnic of Coimbra.
He is the author and co-author of 19 book chapters in national publications, 27 scientific articles in international journals, 4 scientific articles in national journals, and 15 articles in national and international conference proceedings. Gomes is an Associate Editor of the Business and Management Research scientific journal, a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Employee Relations Journal, and is one of the Review Editors of the Frontiers in Psychology scientific journal and also of Performance Science journal. He is an invited reviewer of multiple scientific journals in Management and Work and Organizational Psychology. He is a graduate of the Department of Statistics and Insurance Science of the School of Finances and Statistics of the University of Piraeus specializing in the analysis of portfolios (1999). Furthermore, he holds two postgraduate degrees. The first one is a Master’s in Advanced Studies in Telematics Management from the School of Media, Management, Information and Communication from Danube University of Krems, Austria specializing in e-Finance (2002). His second postgraduate degree is in Informatics Systems from the Greek Open University specializing in e-Government (2009). Finally, he wrote his doctoral dissertation at the National Metsovio Polytechnic School in the area of Humanities, Social Sciences and Justice (AKED) at the school of Applied Mathematics and Natural Sciences, focusing on the topic of the influence of Social Media on the real economy and the social identity of citizens (2019).
He has a teaching experience in the tertiary education since the academic year 2000-2001; it includes mainly contracts of assignment of scientific or laboratory work, with independent teaching, to content pertinent to the fields of finance, statistic, macroeconomic, quantitative methods, social media and adults education.

Assoc. Prof. Deniz Palalar Alkan
Deniz Palalar Alkan is Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Management at Yeditepe University. She has earned her baccalaureate degree from Florida Atlantic University majoring in International Business and Trade. She got her Master’s Degree from Lynn University and Ph. D. From Istanbul University. While attending Florida Atlantic University she volunteered to work with students with disabilities. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree, she started to work at several international banks including Citibank N.A. and global insurance brokerage firms. After graduating from the university in 2003, the author worked as a Management Trainee at Denizbank A.Ş for 3 years and started her academic career at Selçuk University in 2006. She had the opportunity to complete the practical part of her thesis at Regents University in England, where she went for her PhD thesis research with a YÖK scholarship.
