Dr. Shaista Nasir is an Assistant Professor under IPFP Fellow at the Department of Business Studies, Air University School of Management Sciences, Air University, Islamabad, Pakistan. Shaista did her PhD in Management Sciences, from Foundation University Islamabad, Pakistan in 2022. Her research interests are sustainable HRM, scale development, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
