Dr. Arwa Al-Twal

She holds a Ph.D. degree in Human Resources Management from the University of South Wales, UK. Arwa currently serves as a full-time Associate Professor and Chairperson of the Human Resources Management department in the Faculty of Business and Finance at the American University of Madaba, Jordan. In this role, she delivers lectures on International HRM, HR planning, staffing, organizational behavior, and business ethics. Arwa’s research interests encompass Wasta the informal network, performance appraisal and performance management within the Higher Education context, cross-cultural management, HRM in the Middle East, and women’s career development.
