Dr. Aram Belhadj is an assistant professor at the University of Carthage (FSEG Nabeul), Tunisia. He got his Ph.D. from the University of Orleans France. He serve as a consultant for several think-tanks and international organizations (OECD, AU, ACET, ACBF, GIZ…).
