Dr. Chiri is an economist, specialized in international economy, competitiveness, and energy. He has extensive experience working with multinational companies, governments, and academia, in the US and in emerging markets. He currently conducts research related to assessment of the business environment in emerging economies, at the Institute for Competitiveness and Sustainable Development. He holds a Ph.D. and M. A. from the University of Miami and an M.P.A. from Harvard University.
